What have you won in a contest before?

A nativity set when I was 8 from my church in the big yearly raffle.
A canoe at my high school senior class party.
Hundreds of prizes from packs of sports cards in the years I collected/dealt cards/memorabilia including...
autographed B-balls of Ewing, Olajuwon, Drexler, and Barkley.
Countless signed baseballs, hats, etc. Although for full disclosure there was a skill to finding insert cards in most runs.
$500 on a scratchoff ticket that put me up permanently in scratchoffs because I immediately retired from them.
a camera and $40 in mcdonalds monopoly game. wait... is eating a skill?

and oh yes... a bbv flipament for $72 mcbux a bit more than a week ago.

There are others I am sure- but those are the ones that stand out.

edit: one more. I won a limited edition print of the 2003 saint johns football national championship season/team in a random free drawing. had it framed and gave it to my dad for his birthday. that one was pretty cool actually.

When I was a little kid I won a go cart from a free raffle at fleet farm. I pimped around in it for a few years then sold it for like $300 when I got older.

I've also won a few cd's off the local radio station. Another time I won a radio contest for 4 concert tickets 2 for Bob Dylan and Paul Simon at Canterbury Park and 2 for Hootie and the Blowfish which I gave away.

Almost forgot I had been calling in for a whole week trying to win tickets to Bob Dylan/Willie Nelson and ended up winning Foghat tickets. SLOOOWWW RIDE

About two months ago I called in to KFOG radio and won tickets to see Soulive in SF for tomorrow night

In the late 80's I won 2 tix/backstage pass/limo ride to and from the concert for Bon Jovi and Cinderella.

I won $250 and a $600 travel gift certificate at an elks lodge donkament where the blinds went up so quick it was completely luck.

Oh and I also won the "Last Action Hero" DVD in a cafeteria raffle my freshman year.

When I was a kid, my friend and I walked around the neighborhood and shoveled people's driveways for some money, we were probably like 13 or something. Anyway, after we did this one driveway, the people invited us in and offered us a drink. All they had was diet coke, which I hate, but i took it not to be rude. I won a trip to the super bowl with that cap. I'm pretty sure it was super bowl 25. I wasn't sure that I won at the time cuz it seemed a little too easy, so I kept the cap in my room until I could find the official rules (back in the days before the interweb.) Turns out I was a winner. It was quite exciting until my babysitter was straightening up my room a couple days later and just thought it was trash and chucked it....quite ghey... Only thing I'll ever win and I didn't get to enjoy it.
