[/ QUOTE ] actually thats a good question.. never put that together but i have noticed there are a lot of really big dudes in jail (from watching lock up on cnbc) [/ QUOTE ] Buy food at the commissary or get stuff mailed/delivered to you by visitors. Trade other people goods/services for food.

The food there is terrible tasting, but not terrible for you (for the most part). It can be a shock to your system if you are used to eatting unhealthy. When I left jail, I went straight to McDonalds and got a double cheezeburger. Ate it in about 1 minute, then threw up all over the place. The reason some folks get so big, is that all they do is work out, while eating food that does not make you fat.
