obviously it's going to look weird. but it's going to look weird and keep the pot smaller. which is better than re-raising which will look at LEAST as weird and which inflates the pot.

given how much you've played with him, you should be able to know if he can fold an overpair and if he raises low pocket pairs.

if #1 and #2 is true, then you're pretty much in a breakeven scenario betting the turn

if #1 isn't true (ALOT of nits can't fold overpairs often enough) and #2 is true, then you should be getting it in somehow

if #1 is true and #2 isn't true, then you are in a truly tough spot.

Also, if your image is laggy, than theres no way you should be folding, ever. The only question is betting the turn or not

villain is 19/10 so his range isn't that huge also he is prob slightly more likely to have QQ as a 19/10 may limp call 33 pf sometimes

It's very unlikely that he will limp 33 (or any other hand) in the CO so you can't say that.
