WTF top 500? Peter King is insane. No comment on list, er maybe later. 500!?!??!

edit: The criteria: importance of the position (I had quarterback, left tackle, pass rusher and cornerback at the top, but with room for the explosive player), talent level and age -- with a nod to young players on the cusp of a breakout season (I rank opportunistic Jets safety Kerry Rhodes 29th.

LOL. Okay.............

Palmer should be 3rd, Rivers higher. WTF McNabb 72. wow.

How many consecutive years has Brett Favre been in the best shape of his life? By 100 I expect him to be made out of solid gold.

thought this was pretty funny:

King fantasy draft:
King 2 5 17 Adrian Peterson RB
Mravic 2 6 18 Reggie Bush RB

King's Top 500:
19. Reggie Bush RB-KR, Saints
243. Adrian Peterson RB, Vikings

I thought Kampman at 16 was nuts, but in the actual physical issue of SI, King goes into more detail on this ranking. It actually made some sense.

MMQB

Didn't want to start another thread; I thought this was a pretty good read on what it's like to be a bubble guy.

132. Jordan Gross T, Panthers LT, RT ... it's all the same to him

134. Jammal Brown T, Saints MVP of a rebuilt offensive line

WTF?? Brown is a franchise LEFT TACKLE. Gross is a decent RIGHT TACKLE.

How dumb can you be?
