Re: wife is a cheater...best way to get into her email acct
[ QUOTE ]
If you use Firefox, go to tools > options > security > show passwords If she's ever asked Firefox to remember any passwords, they are in there. For anybody who didn't know this, set a master password in Firefox if you ever allow anyone else to use your computer. [/ QUOTE ] I didn't know this was possible. I've now set a master password :P wrt OP...really sorry man. Stealing her emails probably will make things worse in a variety of ways, but I've never been in that situation, and sometimes I think you just gotta do what you gotta do. Good luck. |

Why does everyone automatically assume that OP has contributed more money than his wife?

Re: wife is a cheater...best way to get into her email acct
Serious Question: Lets say OP is the main breadwinner in the family and his whore of a wife has no job or at most a part time job. Also, she has now admitted to cheating or lets say she got caught. Does OP owe her that much? I realize that in this mess we call a legal system she is going to get something, even for being a cheat, but is she entitled to 50%?
What if she earns as much as him? Does each side get nothing and they split up the common assest like the house? OP, did you suspect anything and are you still in love with your wife? If so, I feel real sorry for you. I am amazed when this happens to people they don't freak out and physically hurt the cheating spouse. |

Re: wife is a cheater...best way to get into her email acct
*** this post does not contain legal advice ***
OP, most of the legal theorizing in this thread is really terrible and you should ignore it. Instead, go talk to a divorce lawyer in your state, tell him/her everything, including the e-mails you want. It probably will be very hurtful emotionally to read these e-mails, but they *might* be relevant/helpful in the divorce proceeding. But you need to have your lawyer confirm this, not the legal giants in OOT. |

Re: wife is a cheater...best way to get into her email acct
This post made me pretty angry. I have no clue what I would do if my girlfriend was cheating on me. Obviously it would be a lot less serious since we are not married, but man just thinking about it pisses me off.
But seriously don't do anything stupid and keep your cool. That's the best chance you have to [censored] her over in court and get her skank-ass back. Oh yea and make sure everyone she has ever met know what she did. |

she only accesses her email through her laptop which has fingerprint security to access her computer. [/ QUOTE ] Cut off her finger and use it to log in to her laptop, LDO. |

Re: wife is a cheater...best way to get into her email acct
Why didn't she just divorce you two years ago instead of wasting your time and treating you like a jerk. I hope that fact helps you in court. I don't know why I get so mad when I read posts like this. Also, can someone repsond as to how much she could get not being the main breadwinner

Re: wife is a cheater...best way to get into her email acct
slim, this sucks. sorry. I agree with DrewDevil most; before you take any action like busting into her email, consult a lawyer. My hunch is that sort of snooping can get you into trouble, but I could easily be wrong and if I am, then I'm sure the emails might be of use.
also, how common is this? [ QUOTE ] fingerprint security to access her computer [/ QUOTE ] I've never heard of anyone having this on their personal computer. -McGee |
