Yes, bad back/chicken wing shoulder blades counts for a lot of that. Her posture is screwy and it makes her look gangly and awkward.

Also, very long face and big head.

Body isn't very interesting but just being in shape makes it better than average. If she didn't have a bad back, I'd put her body at higher than the 7 I'm giving it.

Overall, I'd give her about a 7.5 and feel it was generous, but bet if you hid her awkward body well in a photo or posed it just right, and did her make-up right etc., she could probably pass as an 8 with little problem.

On average, any chick with non-cosmetic piercings or with any tattoo is going to be much more slutty that the average non-pierced/tattooed chick. This is based on research provided by my penis.
