Chris is a world class player. I don't see how people think he would be anything less in a cash game. LOL @ these responses for sure.

If you study his tournament style closely enough you see his main thought in the early stages is 'ima wait for the blinds to go up'
BUT THEY WON'T
And fyi PH has had one losing trip in 2 years. TWO YEARS.

If he started playing and focusing on them more? Seems like such waste to play just tourneys and miss out...Kind of like a Hellmuth...but most ppl agree PH is a bad cash playr.

Who agrees? Just because hellmuth has 11 WSOP bracelets and no cash-game bracelets doesn't mean he is actually a bad cash game player. Seriously, the guy started out grinding cash-games (like 99% of all tournament players) and he still grinds them out today.

lol wtf? cash game bracelets??? lol.
PH sucks and cash games and is only a decent tournament player. Winning 11 bracelets isnt that [censored] hard when you been playing in them all forever and have managed to luckbox some. I [censored] hate this NVG forum and all the Dbags who base all there poker opinions off what [censored] like norman chad say on tv.

He'd be a better cash game player than Negreanu ( in NLHE), but that doesn't mean he would be a winning player.

The guy is an authority on game theory and a giant winner in tournaments. He is also more intelligent than 99.9% of his opponents. He could easily beat all but perhaps the very highest games.

Potentially? Sure, but that goes for a lot of people.

But are you really saying that Chris could jump into say the online 50/100 or 100/200 NLHE games right now and "crush" them?

I highly, highly doubt that.
