if you don't take the advice, and decide to take a stab at NL200 with <20 BI then here is my adivice.
AFTER EVERY POT DON'T CHECK YOUR BANKROLL!! If you have the itch to, it might not be the time to move up. You can't go into pots thinking, "I wonder what my bankroll is now... or how does this move affect my bankroll." You have to concentrate on good poker, stay in the moment. Poker is one thing where staying in the moment during play is key to your success as a player. In this way, poker is much like a sport. Stay in the moment and don't consistently check your bankroll. |

i'm having a shot at NL200 right now. i took a shot when i had an 8k roll.
luckily i started well, cos i am in the process of a 10BI downswing, lolz! i'm only down about $750 at 1-2 luckily over 5000 hands |

What I do when having trouble moving up I mix levels. I would add just one NL200 table for example to my 5 NL100 tables. So in case I run bad at NL200 it sort of gets "subsidized" by the easier tables.
