This isn't a minraise, not that it really matters.

Villain is clearly raising for value. He knows you have a hand, and as snafu has already stated, alot of people will call here just because.

By "min-raise" we actually meant "min-bet" by villain on the flop. My other comments were a generalization.

I realize it's not exactly a minraise but it's close. You're probably right though, this is a value raise a high percentage of the time. It very well could be a bad spot to continue with bottom two.
