Beeramid. 4-10 players.

Each player gets 4-5 cards face Down, you may only look at them once before the game starts.

Arrange a pyramid thusly:
Card
Card Card
Card Card Card
Card Card Card Card [all face down.]

First card is 1 drink, 2nd row is 2, 3rd row is 3, 4th row is 4 drinks.

If you have a King, and King is flipped up in the Pyramid, you get to tell anyone to drink that # of drinks [1-4]. They may comply, or call [censored].

If you were [censored], you drink double. If you have it, you flip it over, they drink double, turn your King face down again [people will forget, hilariously.]

If you have 2 Kings, you can make them drink 2x as much or 2 different people. Same penalties for [censored].

If you flip over the wrong card when challenged, you still drink 2x.

Of course, you may [censored] anyone at any time.

Variant: You may also 'predict' the next card that will be turned over. I.e you have a 7,6,5,4 and you're down to the last card and none of them are out. You may order someone to drink 4x. They will likely challenge, flip the final card over and see if you have it. Obvs they/you drink 2bl if wrong.

This is the best card game as it involves making people drink, lying through your teeth and BSing, and the 2bl penalty, plus penalty for forgetting where your card is exactly and you can play with like 8-10 people easy.

Once most people are drunk, the game becomes very hard and very funny. An Ace will turn over and 4 people will claim they have one. But who's lying? Etc.

[/ QUOTE ]

This is a really cool game, although I don't think I played with the challenge aspect of it, we just play our cards...but you can hold them back if you think they'll appear again on a higher level.

One I tend to play on a regular basis is Melon Ball. The game generally is more effective when people are drinking beer or less alcohol per drink beverages as otherwise it can potentially get out of hand.

One person Deals as goes around clockwise with 4 rounds.
Round one: Dealer ask player red or black and flips over a card to player after guess. If player is correct they can give 2 drinks to anyone they choose, if wrong they drink 2.

Round Two: Dealer asks player higher/lower then the card infront of them(IE red/back card). If correct give 4 drinks, wrong take 4.

Round Three: Dealer then asks players whether it will be inbetween the two cards infront of them(IE red/back and high/low card). Give 6 if correct take if wrong.

Round Four: Players have to guess the suit of the next card, if wrong take 8 give if correct.

By this point players should all have 4 cards infront of them. So it's time for the melon ball round, which I'm going to try and use MSPaint for an assit here. You lay out cards face down in this manner. Cards on the right are Give cards(10drinks), Left are take cards(10 drinks) and the two horizontal in the middle are the melon balls(AKA finish your drink).

Basicly you flip over the a card on the right side and if any of the four cards you still have infront of you match, you get to give drinks. Ex. You have 4c 5h Ac 3s and the first card on the right is a 4h you get to give 10 drinks. and vice versa for the take side. After alternating between the give/takes side you proceed to the melon balls. When said card is flipped over whomever has a matching card must finish their drink(Doesn't matter if it's mostly empty or just opened, they just have to finish the current drink) Ex. If Jane has Kc, Kh, 3c, 6c and the top horizontal card is the Ks, then Jane must finish the current drink + another whole drink. Rinse and repeat till you can't stand.

Flipcup?

The classic drinking game that trumps all. Most have probably played but just in case I'll describe it.

You start by choosing teams of 4. 2 teams at a time battle. Each team takes a side of a table. Everyone gets 1 keg beer plastic cup. Each player then pours an amount of alcohol (usually beer) into their cup. The amount must be the same as the opponent that is standing directly across from you. Usually the amount is somewhere between 1/3 of the cup and 2/3 of the cup full, depending on how ridiculous you want to get. Once all cups are full, the game can begin.

You designate one player on each side to start, usually just the two people on the far left. Generally the game starts with a clapping chant of "ole ole ole ole" by all participants. Once the chant is complete the 2 starting players chug their drink then they must flip their cup.

In order to flip your cup, you must place the empty cup on the edge of the table (right side up) with a bit of the cup hanging over the edge. You then attempt to flip it by flicking your finger underneath it. In order for the flip to count, you must get the cup to land perfectly upside down. If it doesn't land up side down, you must restart and attempt to flip again.

Once you've flipped your cup, the next person on your team can start drinking their drink, and then flip their cup. This continues down the line until one team has flipped all of their 4 cups. The first team to flip all of their cups wins the round.

We generally play a best of 7 tournament. You will get ridiculously drunk playing this due to the competition element. You almost forget you are drinking you want to flip your cup so badly. Its also best to have more than 2 teams in order to have either a tournament or just winner goes on.

Grunching...

Flip cup is the best game for big-teams.

My other favorite game used to be called "Chandelier", but it probably goes by different names.

Start by standing or sitting around a table in a circle. Put one big tall glass in the middle, then one cup in front of each player.

Looks like this:
o o o
o O o
o o o

Each small cup is filled with about 1/4 beer, and the big cup is a 1/2-a full beer (use whatever you like).

You take turns with a quarter, and try to bounce it into an opponents cup. If it lands in a player's cup, that person drinks. If it lands in the big cup by accident (or on purpose), everyone must chug their 1/4 beer. The last person to slam their cup back down on the table has to finish the full beer in the middle.

Rinse and repeat.

It's really fun, and not as bad as it sounds because it doesn't end up in the big cup tooooo often.

[/ QUOTE ]

What kind of weaksticks do you play with?... The outside cups should be full (and 12 oz) for the "races" and the "standard" if your cup gets the quarter in it. The middle cup is supposed to be a 32 or 40 oz.

racing to chug 3 ounces of beer? WTF?

Beer Hunter.

Step 1: Dress up in 'Nam style camo, eyeblack, etc...(optional)
Step 2: Spin an empty beer can twice, the first two players it points to are in first. Administer blidfolds.
Step 3: Take virgin six pack (lighter, piss beer is an absolute necessity), remove from plastic, shake the [censored] out of one, mix them up on the table.
Step 4: First player (still blindfolded) has to select can, open directly under nose. Any hesitation is call for verbal and or physical abuse from those not playing.

Step 5: If "live grenade" is found, player chugs remainder of beer. If dud, leave unopened can an the table, player #2 now selects unopened can. Process continues until live grenade is found. Player who gets live grenade must chug that beer and every open beer on table. Is then dead and sits out, new player is selected, (surviving player remaining at table)

Step 6: leave all unopened beers on table, add new six pack, select grenade at random.

Step 7: Repeat 1-6 until only one left standing.

The Wave (this game is best if you are getting beer from a keg.

Get a 32 or 40 ounce cup....fill with beer. (this is for the loser.

Fill up a big pot (something you would boil spaghetti in) with beer. One person starts drinking from the big pot. He can drink as much or as little as he wants, then he passes the pot to the person to his left. That person does the same as first player.... etc etc...

The object is to leave enough in the pot that the next person will not be able to finish it. If they do, the last person to pass chugs the big glass in the middle.

A variation of flip cup I played back in college which made for a pretty drunken night.

Fill up a large juice pitcher with beer. Put it out of the way of the contestants. The same team concept as flip cup, with two teams of four or five across from each other. At one of the ends, a player from each team starts with a cup and a quarter. They have to bounce their quarter into their own cup. As soon as they do, they pass the cup to the player next to them. When it gets to one end, the player has to make it twice and then each player has to bounce again as the cups and quarters come back down the line. First to finish wins. Best two out of 3 for the match (the pressure on the team who loses the first game makes for some good dramatics).

Losing team has to chug the juice pitcher full of beer, with each losing player taking only one chug (as little or as much as they want) with the last player finishing however much is left when it gets to them (could be a litte, could be a lot).

Losing teams tend to keep losing in this game.

Bluffpoker. Any amount of players. Deal a 5 card hand to Player 1. Look at the cards, swap any amount, pass it along to the next player. When passing, you have to say what the hand is, like "pair of kings". Every time the hand goes along, the hand value must go up. When a player is receiving the hand, he can turn it over instead of picking it up. If the hand is what was announced OR BETTER, the player turning the hand over must drink. If not, the player who passed it must drink.
