i think ur range is a little flawed. from the hands u list, only kq can be in his range since he is a limpbehinder pf. i think there is a lot more qt, jts, kjs, kts. which will probably fold a lot more to a push where they might shove flop more frequently to an pot/overbet on flop than they will call a push. Actually i agree with u somewhat that there is quite a few situations where just overbetshoving flop is the best way to get it in, i dont this is one. we are a bit too deep, we face a lot of hands that may wanna try their FE with a hand they may hope has a lot more outs than they have (ie pair+draws n such) and further the strong hands u count on calling us here arent at all that many that u think.
