I'm going to Vegas tomorrow...where is the best place to eat Italian food at a restaurant outside of casino? Ok..how about inside a casino? [/ QUOTE ] HANDS DOWN, IT'S RAO'S. Seriously, go to Rao's in Ceasars. Get the veal chop (the unbreaded one). It is unbelievable. Also highly reccomend the shrimp, any of it, from the cocktail to the entree. Rao's will not dissapoint. And I have extremely critical culinary tastes. -Tex |

Raos is more a see and bee seen place in NYC, nobody raves about the food. |

It's a bit off the strip, but Rosemary's is fantastic. I found out about it from chowhound.com a message board dedicated to good eats. http://www.rosemarysrestaurant.com/ Plus, on Sunday nights they had 1/2 price bottles of wine [/ QUOTE ] I hear Rosemary's is very good! |

Roccos on Rainbow/Charleston. More of a takeout/deli with a couple of tables.

Zefferino's in the venetian is outstanding...they also have great lunch specials. I highly recommend the pesto sauce there. The get a table with a canal view!
Also I really was a big fan of il mulino in the forum shops, but they were a bit nitty about me wearing shorts there, so wear your sunday best. Also il mulino was on the expensive side, but well worth it. |
