In America, 64 (technically 65 but w/e) college basketball teams play a single elimination tournament starting in March. The tournament in characterized by its unpredictability. Hence the March Madness. People bet trying to make the most perfect bracket that matches the tournament

I think so. Something I watched when I was a kid with mice. It just came to mind when I read "In America."
