I would have re-raise more pre-flop as some other posters have mention. Flop is tough, calling is the worst play though... I probably would have pushed all-in. As played at the river I have to fold. The majority of his range of hands at this point is beating you AA, AK, QQ, JJ, TT. And of course some donkish hands like K9, 89, 77 are also beating you. Only hand I realistically see you beating is AQ, and I don't think that warrants calling even with 4:1.

Not 4-betting PF with these stacks is pretty bad. Its better to bet/fold the flop than c/r probably. River is pretty close, I think I call.

Ok, sorry if this is super basic, but I basically said "WTF NOW?" on every single postflop street.

I was looking through everything trying to find a reason to call the river, but I dont think we are good here a high enough percentage of the time to justify it at all.

It really reminds me of the excerpt in the 2+2 mag from sonny and matt's book dealing with stack to pot ratio and commitment. I think a bit of tweaking to the bet sizing pf would make this much easier to play

Your preflop raise screams overpair, and villain still bet the flop. I'm thinking he has you beat almost every time at that point. The turn check confirms it - scared of AK but not AA. TT or QQ almost certainly.
