Squat 3x5x165, 1x1x165, 1x4x155, 1x5x155 Bench 3x5x145 Deads 1x5x190 Ab Cable Pull Downs 1x10x70, 3x10x110 So squat went the wrong direction this week. This is b/c I tried to jump 10lbs last workout and it caught up with me today. I'll try 160 again next go from there. Bench still feels like it is improving, but my progress on squats and deadlifts is starting to slow down. I may have to figure out what I can use for smaller weight jumps than the gym's 2.5lb plates can offer. Suggestions? |

So I ended up winning this thing. My beginning bf% was 23 and I ended today at 18.4 for a 20% loss of body fat. Next closest guy lost 18%. The interesting thing was that he lost 10 pounds of bodyweight and I only lost 4. Thanks for all of the advice along the way.
