if what u posted is true, u owe him whatever u lost above 2/4. u just make a bunch of excuses for why u played higher, but the stake$ was obv for only 400nl.

Today i started with 5.3k in the account after winning yesterday. i dont know where the extra 500 that i owe dan is coming from though. i played some 2/4. made money no doubt. I was feeling confident in the way i was playing so i decided to go to a 3/6 game. Play this guy hu for a lil like 50 hands or somethin. i lose AK < 78 ai on A 10 9 3 board for a stack. then next hand i lose JJ < K6dd ai pf for a stack vs same guy. im a lil annoyed at this point get stacked on 2/4 game as well. so im back around even. on the stake or w/e. I see my k6 and 78 friend go to a 5/10 table and i lose some at the 5/10 game. at this point im like [censored] need to win this money back for dan so hes not mad. go to 25/50 AQ < KJ ai pf for 1k. KK < 1010 ai pf for 1k.

well basically the extra 500 would be coming from the fact that you were allegedly staked for 2/4 and 2/4 only. so the +1.3K you would owe him half on and all the action at 3/6+ you would eat yourself. so you would owe him back the initial stake plus half the 2/4 profits, if he wanted to end the staking arrangement now, which it appears he does.

to all... yes i shoulda played 2/4... I feel if he did the "makeup" or w/e its called i could make the 4k back at 2/4 like he wanted in a few days tops.

I felt it was +ev in the 5/10 game even way underrolled. Didn't work out . I will admit it was stupid to play in the 25/50 games even though I got money in well... that is variance of shortstacking i guess.

Regarding true's post. Yes i strongly believe dan would have expected half the profit from the 5/10 and 25/50 game if in fact i did win...

i still think had i won at stakes higher than 2/4 dan woulda expected half the profit. I assumed i was going to give him half the profit anyways. This was my understanding of the whole thing.

So you thought to yourself "If I go to 25/50 and lose money, Dan will think it's not a problem and just stake me again for 2/4 so I can make it up"?
