Re: BEAT: totally undecided on what my next car will be
Mitsu just doesn't seem to have the reliability that the subarus do, however they are cheaper to mod. but adding a good exhaust and engine management to the STi could cost you about $1100 if you get good deals on the stuff, and yeild you about 30hp or better.

Evo VIII and it's not even close.
STI is heavy and the EVO handles better & smokes it and looks better |

Re: BEAT: totally undecided on what my next car will be
I can't imagine ever regretting this purchase, I know everyday I get in my car on the way to work it make sthe day a little easier to get through. Good luck, look up some local AutoX, get out on the track a little, it gives you a great chance to REALLY learn what your car can do.
let me give you some advice, I know it's hard, but wait a year before you start modding it. you'll greatly appreciate the improved performance more, and it will give you ample time to learn what YOU really want for YOUR car. ohh, and don't be afraid to be nice to us STi guys, we don't hate you, we are all in this together against the crappy civics and the like! |
