Catalytic converters are too effective these days to do it by sucking a tail pipe.
Be sure to do it on the ground floor if you do carbon monoxide, or you'll kill everybody in the floors below you too. And put a warning sign on the door.

Oh yeah I forgot about that. Saw it on faces of death I think like 10 years ago. Crazy video. Especially when the camera man zoomed in on his head afterwards and just recorded all the bload rushing out of his nose and stuff. crazy video.
