I'm guessing the decision is made based on customer feedback already, if not an actual survey.

they need to make their guarantees mean something. When you play the 10+1 10k gtd. You wonder why its 10k gtd when its 30k everytime. More guarantee makes more players. holla.
double rebuy is huge. I cant count how many times i've single rebuy'd and then doubled the next hand only to have 3k chips less than i wish i did. the structures now suck. full tilt does it well with adding a bunch of extra levels and they do a better job with antes. this MUST change.

They can't slow down the structure or increase the antes, some people like smaller antes, and tournaments can't go on forever, i'm surprised you didn't know this

Speeding up how fast cards are dealt is one thing FTP has done that stars hasnt. Especially when two players are all in.
The filter is good, but could still use some work.
