You know what an argument is right? It's the thing that's not the mindless mud-slinging that you do.

[/ QUOTE ]

So, this is kind of ironic, right? -- because you engaged in the exact same behavior (mud slinging/ad hominem) that you accused him of.

Agreed.

A handful of intelligent posters have now taken over this forum and driven out virtually all "ZOMG we Republicans and Democrats are soooooo different in how we want to oppress people" discussions.

This is an intentional strategy, and will not end as long as the average 2+2er remains more intelligent than the average person.

With the exception of Borodog, I really don't think any of the ACist posters are more intelligent than the average poster.

Second, claiming non-ACists discussions are of the "ZOMG we Republicans and Democrats are sooooo different in how we want to oppress people" variety is just a silly canard.

Surely, I can wave my hands around and claim all ACists discussions are of the mindless "zomg state evil, jackbooted thugs shoot me in the head and stealz all my monies and rape our womenZ1!!" type.

Lastly, I wouldn't even concede the average 2p2er is more intelligent than the average person.

I'm a minarchist. I've got to have myself a somewhat coersive state, otherwise who would I blame when I [censored] everything up?

Yeah, amazing what kind of numbers pollsters can manufacture through manipulation of the truth.

Yes, they're ALL in on it.

This exercise in poo flinging is over.

On my bad days I wish more "conventional" politics were discussed here, but if you guys want to talk about that kind of thing, the solution is to start threads.
