If someone hacked your Hotmail and used this to request a password reset for your neteller account how did they load the poker account without your 12 digit neteller number and 6 digit secret code. Both of these are also needed too and can't be requested from neteller through an email. Also, you say that you phoned cake, since when do cake have phone support and can I have the number please.

This one is quite common. Idiots actually leave the initial Neteller emails stating the Neteller account number and security code deep in their Hotmail inbox. If you never delete the email anyone that hacks your email can just go back thru your messages and find it.

WOW, what a retard. leaving sensitive info like that in a hotmail account. this guy deserves to lose his money. that's if it actually really happened. he lied about cake having a support number and that he phoned them so there's a good chance the whole thing is made up.

It may not be that he left the email in there, if his hotmail account was "hacked" then so to was his netteller account. The "hack" was likely just a key logger he inadvertently installed on his machine. This keylogger would have grabbed his email login/password as well as his netteller login/password.
