Did they ever submit a claim to your insurance company? My memory is a little hazy here, but don't you have to report an accident to your ins. co. within 24hrs.? I always thought you had the year or whatever it is by state to file for injuries. I could be totally wrong, it's late and i'm fried.

I think next time they called I would say "Accident? What accident? Some guy in a bar showed me his ins. info as a joke, it was on the back of a Quizno's coupon LOL. So, I showed him what a real one looked like. Can't trust anybody these days!"

one thing I don't get here, is why exchange info if there's no damage to his car and it's your fault? maybe I'm a nit and know nothing about this stuff, but if he wants my info then we can call the cops and get some evidence, etc. otherwise, what's to prevent them from doing something like exactly what they've done here with Sklansky's address and phone #?
