online pro,

stop posting. just because you cannot beat the game does not mean no one else can.

anyway, Stars has a lot of tight players, but many of them are very very bad, you can easily PWN the NL games. Limit, forget it. Also, yeah, the rakeback for Nova is awesome and the support is the best.

If you're a SuperNova, the "rakeback" you're getting in these low limit games is HUGE (.5/1 and 1/2 is what I have experience with). To the point where it is very close to a zero-sum game. In such a game, Ill take a flop percentage of 20% anyday.

This is correct.

If you are getting up towards those 200k, 300k or 400k milestones and factor those in too you are talking a pretty high percentage.

This is aside from the fact that not all 1/2, or even 5/10, limit grinders are exactly the cream-of-the-crop of the limit poker-world.

I just played some 5/10 and 10/20 6 handed limited hold them this week as a bit of a break from NL. Man the games were great, like insane. 2 or so 60/40 type maniacs per table, lots of ppl like 50/4 etc. Going to have to keep an eye out on the regular for them.

I have +5BB/100 (that is 5 blig bets = 2xBB) 10-tabling for 120K hands of 100 FR NL on Stars with 18% preflop raises. (I mostly play MTTs and have since moved up.) So I am sure these games can be beaten.

I think it would be difficult for anyone to make much of a profit at 2/4 limit holdem FR, but I am sure 5/10 and above limit 6-max is very beatable if you play limit holdem well.

OP is probably one of those nits who used to be able to beat the small stakes limit holdem by just playing tight and can't do that anymore, so he can't make money playing online poker.

He has previously admitted that his pre-flop numbers are around 11/10.
