Nits:

1. call with a PP if oop, raises AA or KK if first to act, although may LRR to be tricky.
2. limps AK UTG PF.
3. slowplays a set.
4. Open shoves with the nutz.
5. Weak bet/shoves with the nutz
6. open completes the sb then folds to a raise. Does this for an hour before finally realising it is easier to just fold.

False. These are all types of play of various skill levels. The actual poker actions have nothing to do with being a nit. It is what they say and do at the table that makes one a nit. Slowplaying a set has nothing to do with being nitty. Berating someone after the hand for slowplaying a set is very nitty.

In fact, me correcting you for having the incorrect definition of being a nit makes me a nit.

Nit.

Sometimes the same word can have different connotations. Here are my definitions:

NIT

1. A person who exhibits a pattern of miserable/complaining behavior in a poker room.

2. A regular poker player who has an extremely weak-tight playing style.

In either case I love taking money from nits.
