Thanks for the advice.

I was kind of pissed off at the blatant lie, but did offer an out, for his "friend" to step up and state he was the source of the libel.

I agree. The True CEO just needs to cut his losses on this thread. He probably has had a little too many cocktails and got his panties in a wad.

And people can say whatever they want about Mr. True. Rightfully of Wrongfully, he would be deemed a lawbreaker by the courts in the US and promptly arressted if he showed his face to sue anyone in the US.

The OP probably would receive congratulations from the judge for getting the guy here.
