Easiest Tournament to win:

1) Casino Employees
2) Ladies Tournament

Either of these will have many less professionals. If you qualify for one or the other or both, it is your best bet.

The answer is clearly anything running during some of the big stuff that will be popular with the top players. There is a 1500 mixed hold'em that is starting 5 hours after the 50k HORSE. With all the chips they are given, doubtful too many are out by the 5 hour mark.
