What is the idea behind the design of your workout? Can you give us some insight into why it was designed like it was? I'm too lazy to track your progress, how much have you added to the major lifts.

Hmmmm I think I was a tid bit drunk when I did my last logging...

I mostly do this because I have been kind of lazy lately and needed to add some volume in. Other than that I basicly need to raise my raw maxes, because they are somewhat low.

The workout is pretty much ripoff of an old friends current workout, 7 worksets looked like fun to me, so I just jumped that routine...
