Can you give us some insight into why it was designed like it was? I'm too lazy to track your progress, how much have you added to the major lifts. |

[/ QUOTE ] Hmmmm I think I was a tid bit drunk when I did my last logging... I mostly do this because I have been kind of lazy lately and needed to add some volume in. Other than that I basicly need to raise my raw maxes, because they are somewhat low. The workout is pretty much ripoff of an old friends current workout, 7 worksets looked like fun to me, so I just jumped that routine... |
