Stop playing Limit. I first started playing No Limit Poker. Then I switched to Limit thinking it'd be much easier. WRONG. I went on a huge downswing playing LIMIT, way too many fishes and it's really hard to win when you're not running extremely hot. Maybe it's because I started off poker as a No Limit player, and I know Limit has a hella different strategy. But in either, you have to be aggressive and for some reason I could NOT win worth a damn playing LIMIT. Those beats sound pretty normal in Limit games, that's why I stopped. Also, try playing other games. As much as I love playing Holdem, I have expanded to Omaha. I find the games in Omaha to be much easier. I've brought my BR from a deposit of 25 to over $20,000 just playing OMAHA (and a few SNGS here and there) in just ONE WEEK. I am being completely truthful but trolls here won't believe me unless I have some sort of stat program. Maybe you can find it on the internets, my screen name is HensonOhOh on STARS. Good luck. 140 BB is laughable because unless you are one of the greatest players of all time you are just experiencing standard long run variance. When you win 140BB in an equally short time you aren't going to post on here that you are so sick about how quick you are winning, that it just isnt right, and you've never seen such a sick rush in your life.
read up on variance and then decide how brutal this is. or just go play NL like everyone else says.
