Default Why the huge volume on Full Tilt???

I'm seeing roughly 73,000 players online right now. Before today I haven't even seen it exceed 50k. Anybody know what is causing this rush on a Monday evening?

I would guess it's play money players being counted now.

But, as always in the zoo, it's best to wait for CardCounter0 to come along and call you an idiot in a sarcastic way before speculating any further.

Poker Site Scout is reporting a big spike in FTP cash players as well.

No idea why, but this can't really be a bad thing.

edit: Makes sense if it's the sng players that weren't getting counted while sng'ing. Last time sngs were down the games were SOOO good.

I'm not sure what's happening, but I do know that we (PokerSiteScout) are reporting the actual ring game numbers that are being shown in the lobby.

I agree. SNGs are locked up and being counted by FTP as if they were still ongoing. That's why the big 77k number in the FTP lobby. Meantime, those SNG players have either logged off or gone over to the cash games, which means our huge cash game numbers are for real.
