I did a quick pokerstove analysis, and vs a range of: JJ+,66-55,AhKh,AQs-AJs we have about a 40% equity here. (The AQs-AJs make up for other possible flush draws and rare bluffs, etc)...
So, based on that conclusion, once you decide to raise you obv are going to go all in.
Now, the only issue I have here is that you don't give yourself enough FE. It costs him only $45 to call in a pot over >$100. So he has good immediate odds no matter what he holds here just to call. You DONT want him to call unless you are sure hes going to check the turn because if he calls and shoves the turn and you missed you are going to be in a much worse spot.
Anyways, you want to max. FE vs his range here, and not give him FE vs your range (so he will think he can push and you will fold). So I like a raise to approx $90 or so.
