I seriously don't understand how people can shower before bed.

Wakes me up too much and I can't sleep with wet hair.

If I'm stinky, sure, sometimes you have to, but in general, I smell like roses and my skin naturally repels dirt.

I think showering in the morning is slightly preferrable because you probably want to be at your max cleanliness when you're heading out, not going to bed.

Currently I night-shower because
1) I hit the gym at night
2) I share a bathroom with two morning showerers and don't want to schedule/use game theory to get my shower in
3) I'm a student so I like to roll out of bed at the last possible minute

no deoderant after night shower unless I'm going to be doing something.

Maybe someone can help explain this to me, cuz ive always struggled with understanding why people do this

Why on earth would you shower in the morning if you showered the night before? What did you possibly do to get dirty? are you all bed wetters? If I woke up from a nights sleep and felt the need to shower then its either time to lower the a/c in my house so I dont sweat all night, or clean my sheets.

If I shower at night, then its no deo before bed and wake up and apply them to unstale (wtf, how did your pits get stale?) pits.

I have oily skin. I can shower before bed and wake up smelling slightly and feeling generally a bit grimy. I don't often shower before bed, but when I do I still need to shower when I get up the next morning regardless.
