I am so sick of playing email tag with these clowns

[/ QUOTE ]
I opened an account there a few days ago and couldn't deposit using Click2pay and had to contact support. They gave me some bull about not accepting C2pay deposits anymore.

But they did include a phone number in the email for the "deposit department" . If they can't help they should at least be able to connect you to the department that can. Glad they didn't let me deposit, guess I shoulda thanked them lol.

Thanks for the help, but this particular number is only their deposit department. They provide support if you are having trouble getting money onto UB. They do not have extensions for customer support or any other issues.

I just don't get... UB makes millions and millions and start whining about 800 dollars. They will lose MUCH more than 800 with this kind of publicity.

I would recommend emailing them again and linking to this thread. I remember dealing with retarded party CS through email during the whole button disappearing fiasco, but after linking them to an extensive 2+2 thread my problem was immediatly solved and my funds returned.

How did you contact UB? I am so sick and tired of playing email-tag with these clowns.

[/ QUOTE ]

I contacted them through the form under the customer service tab - then the contact cashier tab. I also sent an email directly from hotmail. I received an email the day after I sent in the fax that my account was updated. My withdrawal request from yesterday was processed when I woke up this morning.

Are not reload bonuses usually reserved for people that have gone busto? People that reload extra with money still in the account should NOT be allowed as I understand it? Perhaps this is the reason behind them considering you a "bonus abuser"?

Meh, I figured I might be. Just a question is all.

Perhaps they really do think he is a bot...
