I would recommend emailing them again and linking to this thread. I remember dealing with retarded party CS through email during the whole button disappearing fiasco, but after linking them to an extensive 2+2 thread my problem was immediatly solved and my funds returned.

I also sent an email directly from hotmail. I received an email the day after I sent in the fax that my account was updated. My withdrawal request from yesterday was processed when I woke up this morning. |

Are not reload bonuses usually reserved for people that have gone busto? People that reload extra with money still in the account should NOT be allowed as I understand it? Perhaps this is the reason behind them considering you a "bonus abuser"?
