At the end of 3 weeks, the top 2 of each group go to the knockout phase, which will be a 2 week playoff. Then after 5 weeks, we can have a 2nd season. I really like the league but yeah if people can't be contacted or don't show up to times they agreed on consistently it's just wasting peoples' time.
The World Cup-like format is pretty cool but how would the teams be divided? I qualified for Georgia's World Cup team last year and it was basically a 2 man team with 1 person either not showing up or playing terribly so we were pretty crippled wondering if there'd be a way to have fairness in this. Either way I'd like to see the HUL continue

Yea I'm down for this.
If we could get at least 10 active people for this I think I'd be pretty happy. Once people are eliminated we should hold a weekly HU tourney for the league and forum, that way the people who are not playing anymore can still play each week and newer players can play as well.

Ok, well so far I know we'll have me, ChicagoRy Boiler_bd, and autom4tic in this new shorther format league, who else wants in? I have a few new guys that have expressed interest, who from the HU League still wants in?
