so because monkey maker folds less that 100% of the time and he can beat AK, its a "losing play"? 100% not true. and try useing words like -EV in the long run and not losing play. obv u have no clue what moneys range is here and the bruser is leaning twords a drawing hand, so why repop? also i think the raise to 800 is good, 600 might not get the fold that i think u want

lol at your quibbling with semantics. I have no clue what money's range is? It's top pair+, OESD, or flush draw. Maybe 99/88 but probably not, since shorty's range is far and away weighted toward tens and flush draws. That's the problem in my mind with Bruiser's play; shorty has a T so often here, and a flush draw once in a while, but when he has a flush draw, money usually has a T.

you guys are so lazy. responses from people that play 2/4 nl "fold the flop" are not helpful. i know it's hard for people with such limited brain capacity, but try to remember to not do it again.

http://twodimes.net/poker/?g=h&b=td+...%0Atc+js%0D%0A

and pot odds are 3:1 so this is even money. if he has 9j i am 52% favorite, if he has 56 flush draw i am 42% to win the pot. 52% equity is a profit of $230. so let's say shorty mcLoser has semibluff half the time and a hand half the time, i win $125. say I actually raised to $600, so money needs to fold 80% of the time or so for it to be a profitable play (assuming i have no equity if he calls). in the hand money pushed all in with A5 flush draw

[/ QUOTE ]

I actually like moneymakers flop play here a lot more than i like bruisers....Bruiser doesn't have to fold much here to make this a very profitable play for money.

This is so ridiculously above my head so I'm just going to say that Danny is my hero and leave it at that.
