I don't think a plan for 1 seer to peek from half the list, and the other one to peek wherever he wants makes any sense at all. It restricts one seer and doesn't eliminate duplicate peeks. And the restricted seer is the one with the mason.

I don't like this at all.

I am not sure which game it was, but I was reading an old game and I believe it was Nich who posted a seer pick split that guaranteed he would not be peeked.

When the seers have different goals like in this game, it makes sense for them to troll the entire list rather than being stuck on half. When we have 2 equal seers the split has some merit.
