lawl @ larry,
I think I read in either Glamour or Marie Claire that it takes up to a year before women are physically comfortable enough to have sex again (post baby).

[/ QUOTE ]

We were told to wait 6 weeks, and I think we made it 5 or so. My wife couldn't wait any longer. We took it easy the first couple of times, that was it.

And she's as tight as ever.

Sure, there are some changes a woman's body goes through after childbirth, but if she happens to be the mother of my children and the woman I love who cares?

Condo,
Why did you waste all of our time writing that? Making fun of other people just makes you look bad.

Grando,
I know, I considered not citing my potential references, but I'm going to safely assume that a woman's magazine would know more about sex then someone's random speculations.

All,
Up to a year would imply that she could feel comfortable before the year.

I'll let you know next week. Hopefully, I'll have a story similar to the other dads that replied.

Wish me luck!

you'd think so, wouldn't you

you'd also think that men's health would know stuff about men's health, and cosmo would know what guys want - but they don't

if someone forwarded information from some study or wikipedia links or something I would be more impressed - but teri schneider, health and fitness consultant from glamour magazine, just doesn't do it for me

My question (or fear?) is: does having a baby totally change the woman's attitude and make sex less pleasurable for either or both parties?

[/ QUOTE ]

FYP - And yeah. But only for about 15 years....
