Here is my latest email correspondence with FTP. They pretty much do not say anything of any value.
I even asked about emergency situations, and they again had no real answer. (Also note how she had no reply whatsoever about the expedited, couriered check option.) i am kind of new to the site but heard about you and wanted to put my two bits in.
I play middle limits on Full Tilt 5 10 pot limit omahah and 36 pot limit omaha hi lo. I lay approximately 45 hours a week. I also requested a check february 2 and received a free 26 dollar token for my hassle which really does not make up for the money that i want to receive. I am confused aas to why on poker stars they have no problem. Doyles room no problem. They are being cheap and not paying for a decent check processor. I realize that the point is to make money on their side but they are losing customers and have many disgruntled clients. I am told that you people speak to some higher up people here.(through the site) But I have not heard from any of them on this topic. How about showing up before you lose many clients? I said to them i give you a week to clean it up then i leave. I know I am a small nothing but if more people spoke up like me the faster and the better the service will become. The amount of players will start slipping and since people are now coming imto rooms I am playing telling me and other players about the check problem and the money they are stealing.(probably not) SOME ANSWERS ARE NEEDED! |

As far as I can tell at this point there is absolutely no way for any U.S. residents to withdrawl money from FTP. I pretty much accept the fact at this point that there is no way to cash out and likely never will be. Basically if you have money in FTP it's gone.

maxpowers. Can you read? Other people are getting paid out with epassporte. Checks seems to have come to a complete crawl or halt, but people are getting money out.

Epassporte takes a good month to get setup and even then you can only withdraw $600 a day. Full Tilt is no longer sending checks because they have a "glitch" in their system. WebAtm doesn't work. It's been like this since the Neteller debacle. They have come up with no solutions. Everyone's money is most likely safe, collecting interest for Full Tilt. |

Agreed.
ePassporte will take a month or more to set up. MyWebATM has refused to allow me to be a customer and won't tell me why. FTP won't send out checks. As far as I can tell this is the only report from ANYONE saying they got a check from FTP, and as you can see in the thread it remains an unconfirmed report. FTP has taken my money and refused to give me access to it. I believe a line has now been crossed that takes this from bad business practices to outright illegal acts. Its time to take action against this site. Protests, lawsuits, boycots, and more. They've stolen from me and lied to me and I for one have had enough. Is anyone else pissed off? |
