Umm... Okay, sports is going through the same revolution that poker is. Try reading super systems and not busting out laughing at the crap Doyle spews.

Maybe if you wrote "C-Zam is a headcase... I allocate a blah blah blah distribution of expectations so that I can calculate an EV on this bet and not bet blindly..."

Thremp, it spikes my interest that you say you are a bad handicapper and yet you insult people's thoughts on a team. Please, please indulge me on your math analysis of the Chicago Cubs. If you are going to insult people and turn this into an epenis thing, share your thoughts instead of telling people they are wrong.

Agreed. This is exactly why so many people f-up the game of poker these days. They read Supersystem, pull out their trusty supercomputers and set off to play. Unfortunately, they too (just like some sports bettors), forget that the game is played by humans, and thus has a human element that must be incorporated into the analysis. Those that rely on variances, projections, and expectations alone miss quite alot..

Hey kid, you are clearly not qualified to discuss Brunson's advice on NLHE cash games.

Hey kid, you are clearly not qualified to discuss sports handicapping.

It's clear that you have done no analysis and can't possibly know whether he is making a good bet or not. Other than pointing out that RISP is a worthless stat, you haven't given him any meaningful input. You really have no reason to attack him, since you don't know the first thing about handicapping sports. There's certainly nothing wrong with making money from arbs, but don't confuse yourself with a successful handicapper.

just as a starting point, the cris lines add up to 31.5 wins over the average of 81. under one time?

white sox under 89 is the closest thing you can get to a 100 percent APR savings account.
