Teaching English in Asian countries with out language skills without local contacts without local knowledge of business culture, customs, etc. You will fail, i've seen them come and go in China and i've only been here 2years, I've had friends teaching English for 7yrs in Asia. Making your own school as outsider is very very difficult, making any business successful with in these countries requires a skillset you simply cannot have without studying the language or having a wife who does.

Sorry but that's my bleak take on it.

You need connections to elementary schools, work out a deal with them as a fund raiser, you'll give them x% for the students from their school that attend yours. I don't fully understand the culture there though.

Also, you need to aclimate yourself with the environment there and then get out and market your place yourself. You can market for free, but you need to have/develop contacts and learn the language.
