Once, he played a Stud-session hu against Ivey. Chip destroyed Phil in this match, winning about 150-200k. Ivey had to reload quite a few times. At that point, I believed Chip was playing, he was just too good.
As for his losses, I think there is a chance that Chip plays occasionally on this account, but maybe his son Casey plays most of the time. That also explains why he never sits at Stud nowadays.

If his son plays on his account, it's just ludicrous. Losing near 7 figures against a field of players he'd never be able to beat.
Although it does make sense as sometimes Caseyatthebat looks like a real donk and on other occasions puts in a good session.
