This absolutely is a real Neteller email address. What OP posted is exactly the type of response you will get from them as well. They don't give a name or anything. Anyone having account problems would be much better off writing to this address rather than the support@neteller.com one. They respond much more quickly.

If people are going to jump down OP's throat and accuse him of lying, at least they can get their own facts straight before spewing misinformation all over the place.

The good thing is there absolutely no way to modify the content of an email from a legitimate source and post it on the internet. Therefore, I believe OP too. Here is an email I get earlier today...

"Dear XXXXXXX,

You are a moron. Please stop emailing me about your Neteller account. Do you think you are the only one with such inquiries? Good luck getting your money.
