I don't anyone that made decent profits at those sorts of things including "tupperware parties," Amway/Quixstar, or any other sort of "drop shipping" business. However, I have heard that you can become a real estate mogul w/ zero money down and terrible credit on TV!! |

Does she know how to sew?
Lots of women start small businesses making clothing from home and selling it via websites or ebay. |

[/ QUOTE ] Yeah, those are solid ideas, but again it may be "too much work to get started." If she is a trained CPA or whatever, then the answer so obv that it doesn't require a post in the first place. If she has good graphic design skills, then web design is one avenue. And, no, just because you know how to use the "lasso" tool in Photoshop, doesn't mean you have any design skillz like everyone seems to think...some people just have poor taste. Another problem is that a lot of small businesses think small about this sort of thing still, in that some aren't willing to spending anything within reason. (Speaking of which, why isn't 2+2 prettier by now?) So I guess a good thing to post for OP: what is your wife's educational background? Hobbies/interests? |

[/ QUOTE ] Good point, scratch phone support w/ the crying baby in the background. "Huh? How many tickets to Vegas? 29? You're the boss." |
