yeah my terrible play led me to get the money in well behind........

strategy in bbv is gay as hell, unless it is a direct reason as to why your "beat" isn't a beat.

14 is alright, but the 25 means you are probably cold calling preflop too much.

Check your preflop cold-call stats with non pocket pair hands.

Weir, I remember playing with you a bit and thought you were pretty good, but ya, the swings are pretty brutal at 6max NL.

I've been playing this all year so far.

What's an average downswing that's not shocking?

Please tell me like 6 buyins...

You guys are idiots... there is no way you can say he played the hand poorly if you don't know anything about his opponents... i am so sick of people making stupid posts saying how bad people played a hand when they have no idea what the context surrounding the particular hand was.

Anyways, hope you get out of your downswing weir... just try to keep your head straight.

You are saying slowplaying the nut straight on a drawy board is opponent dependent?

my opponent was very nitty. i really thought he had AA, KK or QQ. so i check/call like i have a draw and then check/raise and hope it looks like a bluff.

Yes I am, if your opponent is overly aggressive and you know that he will keep betting at it then you should be calling not pushing him off his garbage. Plus, he flopped the nut straight w/ the flush draw as well if I am not mistaken. If his opponent does have a higher flush draw he at least hand two of the diamonds to make it less likely to hit.

Almost every hand you play is player dependent... it drives me crazy that people just draw conclusions about whether a person played a hand good or bad w/ out any information other than the specific hand.

Anyways... this is bad beats and brags so I am done bitching...
