Guys, I got money stuck in Pokes like the most of you. But at this point after reading this and a few other threads, does anyone realistically think there is a chance that we'll get our money? If not, or most of you are like me thinking there might be a slight chance but probably not then let's file a law suite together, we got a better shot while they are still in business than wait until they go bankrupt to get our money.

Nope, haven't heard a thing from pokes since I cashed out 2006-10-21. No reply on e-mails and no money.
I would support a lawsuit. Maybe they'll act then. [img]/images/graemlins/mad.gif[/img] EDIT: Oh, this was my first post ever. I've been a long time reader but a fairly new member. And now I'm not a virgin anymore...

I spoke to futurebet 3 days ago and he assured me everyone would be paid by the jan 1st. I really did not know what to say but told him I would be calling him as in a week when my account was still empty. I will call him early next week.

So, I would say 1st is the final date. If we don't get our money then, we should start with the lawsuit. Count me in for it.
PS - Hmm... They say that hope dies last. It is true. I still hope that when we all come back from our New Year's parties, we will see our money. Happy New Year everyone, I wish us all happy end with Pokes issue.
