It has everything to do with what you're saying. CRIS is obviously checking pretty carefully to see if accounts are linked. I don't know if I'd want my account deliberately linked to another person with a book who's going to be that anal about accusing people of "being part of a betting syndicate." In other words, from that person's experience, CRIS seems pretty wimpy about taking sharp action.
