Questions paraphrased/answers paraphrased

[ QUOTE ]
What's the best thing about playing in the NFL? Why?

Signing a second contract

What's the worst thing? Why?

Non-guaranteed contracts. Forced free agency for non thoroughbreds. Major injury.

What percentage of players use steroids?

Up to the early 90's, most. Now, it's mostly supplements.

Tell us a wild NFL groupie story.

Pretty tame answer. Most prefer to hang out with women that can be trusted, ie players sisters, another players gf's from college, etc. A lot of guys marry college girlfriends. Media pressures and local notoriety limit North Dallas Forty type nights.

Who was the best player you ever played with?

Dan Marino

Who was the biggest jerk in the NFL?

Bill Romanowski "screw loose"

Who would play for no money?

Doug Flutie

Is lockerroom leadership important?

No. NFL Players are self-motivated. Ray Lewis does what he does for show, his teammates most likely don't even listen to him. Pre-game lockerrooms are usually quiet.
