So I just saw Casino Royale. Dude, it was zomg, awesome. I come home afterward to tell everyone how I want to just start playing poker and be all secret agent about it. I see that my friend's roommate is there, who is a total lamer. You know, he's the guy who plays poker online and doesn't go out. He's always talking about what 2+2 is. He's all like, "I don't play for free". I hate him already, but he's my friend's roomie. So lame. I heard he was beating everyone at connect 4 before I came, and he was bragging about it. Who the hell brags about that? So we start playing poker, but I have no clue what this guy is playing. I was all ready to just get 5 cards and draw and drink. He's all "put in your blinds" and "you don't have to fold, it's checked", and "don't talk to others about your hand". Man, he just sucked the fun out of the room. I thought for a second he'd be busted out when my friend went against him but the lucky bastard had a pair. My friend had a good hand (K4). I think they say that's a bad beat. Whatever. The game dies when the bastard goes berzerk yelling at everyone how we don't know how to play poker. After everyone is like "dude, yo, chill", he spends 5 minutes just staring at me. I don't like dudes man. After some asshoole and beirut it seems we're starting to get drunk. But the bastard doesn't seem to be drinking much, so he's all cocky about how he's better at these games than us. Whatever, goal is to have fun and drink. hate this douche. Well, laughs on him, since I totally hooked up with the girl he likes. Man, you should have seen his face. You can totally see what he's thinking: "I'm smarter and better than he is!" Douche. It's not even late when the bastard wants to leave. He is all yelling about his backpack (who the hell brings a backpack to a party, unless you are bringing liquor). He's yelling at everyone to find it, totally sucking out the fun again. Girl I hooked up with is all "this is why you don't get girls like me" and the bastard freaks again. My friend just called saying that the bastard covered his bed with shampoo and shaving cream. What a tool. I don't even know why they're roommates, or why they go out together. In college, my randomly assigned roommate was the messiest person I met - intentionally, like he would throw the used toilet paper roll or wrapper next to the toilet, he never washed his dishes or put things away, or cleaned anything - so one time he left his grape jelly upside down in the fridge, and he didn't tighten the lid, so jelly went all over the fridge and my food beneath it.
I mentioned it to him and asked him to clean it and he said uh huh ok. And I gave it a week, nothing. So, I cleaned it, but then poured maple syrup all over his beers. I think I lose. The Giants frustrate me.
