I ate in the new black card lounge. It was ok, but they don't have enough food choices for me compared with the buffet upstairs. (I know they have more choices than the former black card buffet).

Once Wynn and the new Sands start building the other should see the light and revamp.

Yes, the Borgata proved that upper-scale clientele can be attracted to AC, and Wynn took notice. This is the beginning of a trend. The other catalyst is that AC is the last piece of the Jersey shore where real estate prices haven't gone through the roof. It will catch up. It has a great beach, and those who can't afford other parts of the shore will discover this and buy vacation property there. There are several new luxury condo projects near the boardwalk currently being planned. Buy one now and sell it for 2X in 10 years.

Yeah, right!

The Tri-State's movers and shakers are going to be climbing over one-another to by a luxury condo on the AC waterfront. They will then have the choice of going out the front-door to walk the boardwalk with the tramps, wino's and trash-rakers, or head out of the back-door for an Asian massage!

It ain't ever going to happen.

Its happening, its also happening in Downtown Las Vegas. Welcome to the new gentrification program, expect a change over the next 10 years. Atlantic City is slowly pushing out the undesirables from the waterfront area.

I'm talking luxury condos near the water like Bella. What kind of properties does your friend own? There are several new projects planned that are following the Bella model. The new money that will be flowing into AC won't be into most of the existing properties.

Default Trump Plaza beats Borgata

First of all the borgata cannot compare with places like the Trump Plaza.

The Trump Plaza hosted Wrestlemania 5 where millions of Hulkamania fans came to watch The Hulkster Drop the Big Leg on Machoman Randy Savage.

The Borgata cannot compete with Hulkamania give it up "ites"
