A girl that has either a tricked out car or truck. Not riced out, or white trashy, but a chick that bought a good car, takes care of it and added modifications to it. I saw this chick driving a brand new (at the time) 2004 Tacoma with huge f'ing tires and a damn expensive off road package and i almost lost it.

I don't know about A, but if you meant B, then I couldn't agree more. Also, good call on the raspy voice.
