A buddy of mine was with a girl for a couple of months who apparently had cystic fibrosis. He said she squirted like you wouldn't believe. (EDIT: I forgot to mention that we had a hypothesis wondering whether the cystic fibrosis and the squirting were connected, but sample size issues kept this from going anywhere.) I think a big part of the reason a lot of guys find it hot is that their only exposure to it is through porn. Yeah, it looks hot when some super hot porn chick squirts everywhere at the climax of an awesome scene, but when you're actually in bed with a typical woman and she releases some strange fluid all over you, yuck.
